Cancellation Policy

-SPRAY TAN CLIENT POLICIES Thank you for choosing us for your custom spray tan! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. -APPOINTMENTS * Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. * Please arrive with clean, exfoliated skin and follow all recommended spray tan preparation instructions. * Please avoid wearing lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, or other products that may interfere with the solution unless otherwise instructed. * Loose, dark clothing and open-toed footwear are recommended after your appointment. -CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. * No-shows may be charged up to the full service price and may be required to provide a deposit for future appointments. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. -SPRAY TAN RESULTS * Spray tan results vary from person to person based on skin type, preparation, skincare routine, and aftercare. * Our solutions are customized to complement your natural skin tone and desired depth. * We cannot guarantee a specific shade or length of wear. * Uneven fading can occur naturally and may be affected by sweating, bathing, swimming, shaving, exfoliation, skincare products, and other activities. AFTERCARE * Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your spray tan artist. * Avoid water, excessive sweating, swimming, and activities that may cause the solution to rub off until your recommended rinse time. * Do not exfoliate until you are ready to remove your tan. * Moisturizing regularly can help extend the life of your tan. -TOUCH-UPS & CONCERNS * If you experience an issue with your spray tan, please contact us within **24 hours** of your appointment so we can discuss the concern. * Touch-ups are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. * Once a tan has been rinsed, worn, or exposed to water, sweat, skincare products, or other outside factors, we cannot guarantee the original application will remain unchanged. - REFUNDS * Spray tan services are non-refundable once the service has been performed. * Refunds will not be issued due to personal preference, expected fading, or failure to follow preparation
